What is a Refund?

  • A refund is applicable when a learner faces one of the following issues:
  • Unable to access the course due to technical issues on the website or app.
  • Does not receive promised resources as part of the course.
  • Accidentally purchases the wrong course instead of another course offered by Deen Academy.
  • In such cases, users may request a refund, which will go through a verification process before approval.

How to Request a Refund?

  • If you have purchased an individual course or a bundle course, you can request a refund within 48 hours of payment.
  • Refund requests must be made by emailing support@deenacademy.com, stating the email address and phone number used during registration.

Important Notes:

  • Refund requests are only valid if made within 48 hours of purchase via email.
  • E-books are non-refundable.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days and returned to the original payment method or issued as a voucher.

When is a Refund Not Applicable?

You will not be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • If the refund request is submitted after 48 hours from the date of purchase.
  • If you have already earned a Course Certificate within the 48-hour complaint period.
  • If you submit a refund request within the 48-hour window but complete the course and earn a certificate before the refund is processed.
  • If you engage with the course materials after submitting a refund request (e.g., playing videos, attempting quizzes/tests, downloading materials).
  • If you have accessed more than 5% of the premium/paid content before requesting a refund.
  • If the purchase includes an e-book, as e-books are non-refundable.

When is a Refund Applicable?

Refunds or course transfers may be provided under the following conditions:

Accidental purchase – If a learner purchases the wrong course and wishes to transfer to another course.

Course Transfer Policy:

  • If the new course price is higher, the learner must pay the additional amount.
  • If the new course price is lower, the extra amount will be refunded.
  • If Deen Academy fails to provide promised course resources.
  • If the learner mistakenly purchases a live class instead of a recorded class, or vice versa.
  • What Happens After You Request a Refund?
  • Once a refund request is submitted, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked.
  • If the refund is approved, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your progress will be erased.
  • If you wish to re-purchase the course later, you will need to start from the beginning.
  • Refunds typically take 7-14 working days to be processed. If it takes longer, please contact support@deenacademy.com.
  • Once the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS to your registered email/phone number.

Changes to the Policy

Deen Academy reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Cancellation & Refund Policy as needed. Updates will be communicated on our website and via email when necessary.
